1. Who we are InstantShot is a photo session service based in Paris, operated by Sulikhan Liudmila (EI), RCS Paris 103 800 694. Contact: hello@instant-shot.com
2. What data we collect When you book a session, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram username, and your consent regarding photo publication. This data is collected via SimplyBook.me and stored in our internal database (Airtable).
3. Why we collect it We use your data to confirm and manage your booking, send you your photo gallery, and communicate with you about your session.
4. Payment data Payments are processed securely through SimplyBook.me. We do not store or process any payment card information ourselves.
5. Photos and publication We will only publish photos from your session if you have given explicit consent at the time of booking. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@instant-shot.com.
6. Cookies Our website (hosted on Tilda) may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
7. Your rights (GDPR) Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@instant-shot.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our service, and no longer than 3 years after your session.
Original photos are stored on Google Drive for a maximum of 30 days after delivery. During the editing process, some photos may be temporarily stored on the photographer's or operator's device. After 30 days, photos may be permanently deleted. The Client is responsible for downloading and saving their photos within this timeframe.
If the Client has given consent at the time of booking, InstantShot may use selected photos for marketing purposes, including Instagram, advertising, and the website portfolio.
9. Third-party services We use the following third-party services which may process your data: SimplyBook.me (booking), Airtable (database), Google Drive (photo delivery), Brevo (email notifications), Tilda (website hosting).
