24 hours before your session, we'll send you the exact meeting point with a Google Maps link, along with a photo of your photographer so you'll recognise them straight away.

We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find the spot and get settled before your session starts!

Please arrive 15 minutes early — sessions follow a strict schedule and cannot be extended. If you arrive late, no refund will be given and the session will not be extended.

Photos in the rain can be beautiful! But if you'd prefer clearer weather, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session — directly through your booking confirmation.

In rare cases, we may cancel a session from our side due to severe weather conditions — we'll notify you at least 3 hours in advance and help you rebook at no extra cost.

If it starts raining during the shoot, your photographer will decide on the spot whether to pause, wait it out, or reschedule — your photographer will find the best solution on the spot.

Yes, of course! You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment, and cancel up to 72 hours before — free of charge. Just use the link in your booking confirmation email, it takes just a few clicks.

After these deadlines, sessions are non-refundable.

Within 48 hours of your session, you'll receive an email with a link to your personal gallery containing all original photos.

From there, simply choose your 10 favourites for colour correction — the sooner the better, ideally within 24 hours.
Your edited photos will be ready within one week.

We carry out standard colour correction on photos. Examples can be found on our website and social media pages. Additional retouching is available on request for an additional fee.

You do! Simply open your personal gallery and pick the 10 photos you love most. We'll colour-correct them and add them back to your gallery within one week.

Your photos are private by default unless you choose to share them with us during booking.
